Konzertfilm: Springsteen on Broadway (2018)
Von Oktober 2017 bis Dezember 2018 hat der US-amerikanische Rockmusiker Bruce Springsteen im Walter-Kerr-Theater in New York die Konzertshow “Springsteen on Broadway” abgehalten. Es handelt sich dabei um eine abendliche “Ein-Mann-Show mit privaten Anekdoten aus seinem Leben und akustischen Versionen seiner bekanntesten Songs” (Pressetext). Die Show war von Anfang an jedes Mal bis auf den letzten Platz ausverkauft, musste mehrfach verlängert werden und gewann schließlich einen speziellen Tony Award für die Bühnenperformance. Mitte Dezember 2018, pünktlich zum letzten Termin auf der Bühne, erschienen ein dazugehöriges Album und beim Streamingdienst Netflix ein exklusiver Konzertfilm der Performance. Weiterlesen
